favorite
food

sometimes
called
pork
of the
sea.
The
Seminoles
were
hunters
and
gatherers.
They
hunted
mainly
deer
and
bear
and
gathered
wild
fruits
and
vegetables.
Bears
were
considered
a
delicacy.
In
addition
, they
caught
fish
and
turtles.
The
Seminoles
also
raised
chickens
and
pigs
for
themselves
and for
trade.
