The restaurant offered steak and chops from the char-grille, chicken, seafood and special salads. It also served Sierra Inn's famous all you can eat dinners of prime short ribs, roast turkey, baked deviled crabs, chopped tenderloin steak, filet mignon family style and broiled Florida lobster.
