on the
tables.
Most
say
it
is
a
combination
of the
food
, the
laid-back
atmosphere
and
friendly
waitresses
that
keep
people
coming
back.
In
fact
,
some
diners
feel
this
place
is
like
a
second
home.
Lester's
sign
was
featured
on
Alice
, the
television
show
about
waitresses
who
worked
at
Mel`s
Diner.
