clothing
of
choice.
A
restaurant
on the
south
side
of
New
River
at
400
Southwest
3rd
Avenue
in
Fort
Lauderdale
was
named
after
him.
It
had a
24-foot
river
taxi
, the
Shirttail
Charlie's
Express
,
which
would
take
guests
for a
relaxing
45-minute
ride
along
the
New
River.
The
restaurant
specialized
in
seafood.
